Thank you for visiting this site.   I am a licensed professional massage therapist, a massage instructor, and a mentor.   I am also a published writer, textbook editor and reviewer.   My offices are located in downtown Chicago and Oak Park, and I am available for hands-on massage treatments, tutoring or training sessions, mentoring, and writing projects.   Please see "About Me" for further information relating to my skills.

With 15+ years of practice as a therapist, educator and writer, I have wide experience in the different facets of this profession.   I am primarily a Clinical Massage therapist, but my practice and my teaching are not limited to this modality.   Whether treating clients or teaching students, my focus is on ethical and professional behavior while providing specific hands-on techniques.   I am certified in Myofascial Massage Therapy as well as Reiki, and I use Swedish, neuromuscular, trigger point, positional release, body mobilization, stretching, Cranial-Sacral techniques and thermal therapies in my work.
